Tour Details

This Alaska Adventure Package includes an exciting combination of tours in Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan – perfect for those guests looking for adventurous experiences. In Juneau, experience the thrill of seeing majestic whales in their natural habitat. In Skagway, fly above the spectacular Alaskan landscape before landing on an awe-inspiring glacier and in Ketchikan, climb aboard a floatplane and soar above spectacular Misty Fjords.

Juneau Whale Watching Cruise

This is a great opportunity to see humpback whales, orca whales, porpoises, sea lions, seals, bald eagles and more.

Your adventure begins with a short drive to a scenic harbor. Here, you will board a mammal friendly jet boat equipped with water jet drives to ensure a quiet underwater operation without dangerous propellers that may frighten or harm the animals. The boats have an enclosed and heated cabin, complete with indoor plumbing. In addition, the boat only holds a maximum of 40 guests and there are large viewing windows and an outdoor viewing deck that provide an up close and personal experience while observing and photographing the animals in their natural surroundings.

You will be on the boat for approximately two hours in an area that the whales return to every summer. Returning to the pier, your transportation will take you back to downtown Juneau.

Duration: 3 Hours
Walking Information: This tour involves ascending the ramp that leads to a floating dock to access the boat. Depending on tidal changes, this ramp may be steep.

Skagway Helicopter Glacier Discovery

Leave all traces of civilization behind and experience the infinite beauty of Alaska's remote glaciers. Lift off from the historic Skagway waterfront and head into a rugged region of sheer mountains, majestic valleys and massive glaciers. Jagged peaks towering over the Chilkat Glacier, cascading waterfalls, surrounding the Ferebee Glacier, or the spectacular river of ice known as the Meade Glacier, may be among the wonders you encounter. Flight routes and landing zones are selected daily to ensure that you receive the best that the area has to offer.

Once you have reached your destination, you will be given the rare opportunity to explore one of Mother Nature's greatest marvels. Enjoy the walking tour of a lifetime as our experienced glacier guides answer all of your questions and show you examples of the awesome forces of nature at work.

Duration: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Restrictions: Tour is not wheelchair accessible. Walking on the glacier involves moving over slippery, uneven surfaces. Guests must be able to climb in/out of helicopter. Guests weighing more that 250 lbs must purchase an 1/2 additional seat. Times, routes and landing sights may vary due to weather and glacier conditions.

Ketchikan Misty Fjords Flightseeing

The Spectacular Misty Fjords Tour is a must-see flightseeing experience that will provide a lifetime of memories.

The Misty Fjords National Monument has been carved to impressive perfection by millions of years of glacial activity. On this popular flightseeing tour, it will take you only the blink of an eye to appreciate nature's handiwork. The Misty Fjords National Monument is a 2.3-million acre piece of pristine wilderness that must be viewed by floatplane; it is the only way to truly take in its majesty - soaring cliffs, saw-tooth ridges blanketed in trademark mists, sky-blue lakes, endless waterfalls, icy saltwater fjords and miles of glacier-carved gorges.

While you take in the enormity of the Misty Fjords National Monument from above, your pilot will be busy checking for wildlife below in order to provide a closer look at creatures big and small, from burly brown bears to agile mountain goats and from harbor seals to humpback whales. Both grizzlies and black bears gorge themselves on spawning salmon in the many streams and rivers in the Misty Fjords National Monument. Water landing for photos and reflection included.

Duration: 2 Hours
Restrictions: Guest must be able to step onto the plane's pontoon and pull themselves up into the plane via a narrow step.
