City Tour

Curacao is an island rich with history, unique attractions, and breathtaking scenery. You'll see St. Anna Bay and views of Riffort Fort before encountering the floating Queen Emma Bridge. Thereafter, you visit the Chobolobo plantation house prior to touring the Blue Curacao Liqueur factory. Enjoy this fun tour as you venture across the island, enjoying amazing sites and views.

Begin your trip with a scenic drive past St Anna Bay, an inlet that divides the capital city Willemstad into two separate regions, in the company of a learned guide. Enjoy views of the Riffort, a fort built in 1828 to protect the city and is now home to numerous restaurants and shops.

You'll soon see the unusual Queen Emma Bridge, a beautiful floating pontoon bridge that moves, allowing vessels to enter the bay. Your experienced guide will regale you with historical facts about the buildings, forts and bridges as you drive through the city.

Then, you'll journey across the Queen Juliana Bridge, the highest bridge in the Caribbean, and stop to take some photos of the panoramic views of the bay. Stop at the plantation house Chobolobo, and take a tour of the liqueur factory where you can see how authentic Blue Curacao Liqueur is made while enjoying some tasty samples.

Next, you'll venture on to Scharloo, the Jewish quarter, and to the floating market. Visit the Wedding Cake House, named for it's unique architecture, and learn about the structure's amazing history.

The tropical journey concludes with a visit to the Table Mountain and Spanish Water viewpoint, where you can take more photos of the magnificent harbor and hear your guide's telling of the island's discovery.
