Departing from the pier, on Tuesday or Saturday you will travel to the seaside town of San Remo, the capital of the Italian Riviera, or on Friday, the quaint seaside village of Ventimiglia. Your driver will get you as close to the center of the action, that being the huge weekly open air market, as traffic will allow. Then it is every shopper for themselves. Here you are expected to bargain for such excellent buys as leather bags, belts, gloves, scarves, table clothes, sweaters, sportwear and much more. The market is a traditional way of life that dates back to the town's beginning. You will also find stalls of fresh fruits, vegetables as well as the harvest of the sea. The main shopping street of San Remo also offers a multitude of very exclusive boutiques offering the fashionable goods that Italy is famous for ie. Versace, Armani, Gucci, Prada and more. These boutiques often have limited hours and bargaining is not expected or appreciated. You will have approximately two hours of free time to find the perfect item.

You will then drive to the Ristorante Erio where you can brag about your purchases, drink a little wine and experience Italian food at its best. After lunch, your transportation will take you back to Monte Carlo.
