Horseback Ride: Northeast Coast & Sand Dunes

We cruise every year to different islands and often do a horse back riding excursion. This one was simply the best! Our guide, Nector?, was outstanding. The horses were in good shape, the ranch was clean. and the trails were well marked. We were allowed to canter, if we chose, at certain points. We rode for 2 hours! 5 stars, worth every penny!!

Upon booking this wonderful excursion we were given a set of very interesting directions that read something like, Meet your ride at a gas station by the ice machine. Although it sounded a little scary movie it was the most wonderful thing to do in Aruba. Our guides were knowledgeable and kind. We were asked about our skill level and although we were inexperienced in the ways of horseback we were also welcome to challenge ourselves with some trotting and even galloping. My horse, Juanes was the perfect fit for me! Energetic and fun and our guides encouraged us to be calm and happy for the horses. The views were beautiful, we even saw our ship from the top of the mountain. This activity is great for children of all ages. We had our 10 year old and a 6 year old in our group. None of the riders had much experience and we all enjoyed ourselves and the ride. I would do this everyday if I could and is easily one of our top Caribbean memories!

We had a blast on this adventure! The ranch was clean and horses were well taken care of! The guides went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable whiling engaging us as challenged as we wanted to be! The horses loved to trot, which added extra excitement to the trail ride! The scenery was beautiful which ecompassed the beautiful rocky coastline and a few rocky mountains! The guides had safety and fun in mind, especially with our 7 and 10 year old! It was fun for all ages! Small groups allowed for personalized attention! They even gave our kids a gold painted horseshoe keepsake! The guides took multiple pictures throughout, which were airdropped for free at the conclusion of the tour! I would definitely recommend this tour! It’s a must do!

The terrain of the northeast coast is much like the American mid-west until you reach the actual beach. Fun ride, well trained horses and humorous guides made for a really good time.

Great horse riding excursion through the beautiful countryside and iron coast of of Aruba. Nestor, our guide, was awesome and selected horses based on the riding experience of each person. My daughter has been riding for years and she loved being able to gallop along the beach. Safe and fun excursion for experienced and beginner riders. Helmets are provided. Well worth it...we loved it!

My daughter and I went on this ride. We were able to run the horses through the trails. The horses were wonderful. The employees were FANTASTIC! We only wish we actually got to ride our horses on the beach. We rode through the dessert like brush area down to the beach, but did not actually ride the horses on the beach. It was great fun, though, and I would recommend this trip.
