Great fun. Good staff.

We had a family of 17. With youngest kid being 4 and oldest being 16. And adults aged 40-72. All of us had a great time. The staff really accommodated us in all of our adventures. Kissing the sting ray is a must!! Playing with the starfish and learning about the coral reefs from the Captain kept the trip interesting.

Amazing excursion

When I called to find out how to locate them once we got to the port, I was told under the large white tent . You will not miss us . Once we got there , there were lots of white large tents . We had to ask around . Once we found them, we were told the catamaran had mechanical difficulties. Our replacement was a larger two deck boat and an additional hour for the inconvenience. We all had a great time and enjoyed the extra hour with the starfish. It was one of the most memorable excursion we had on our cruise . The captain and his assistant were professional . I can not remember their names .

Best Excursion ever!

We were picked up on an air conditioned bus, and taken for a short drive to the boat. We were a large group so we booked the whole boat for ourselves(Id highly recommend doing this). The crew were courteous, the boat was clean and well taken care of. Stingray City was phenomenal. We spent ample time in the water with the stingrays, and then off to snorkel in two different locations. This was outstanding!!!

This was the best excursion of our entire trip! Excellent customer service, a beautiful catamaran, and the stingrays and snorkeling experiences were out of this world! Loved that it was a private excursion for our party of 10. Highly recommend!

We were so glad we splurged for this excursion for our group of 10 people ages 3 to 74. The trimaran had a damaged prop and we went out on a catamaran instead. The boat was clean and in great condition and we appreciated having a personal guide in the water with us to learn about and feed the stingrays. Other boats were bringing large groups of people and not having the same experience and level of comfort that we did. They had snorkel gear available for all of us. The water was a little rough the day we were out but several of our group still enjoyed the snorkeling. Water and punch are available on the boat and you may buy other snacks and beer at the terminal if you wish while waiting to depart. The food selection was limited to nuts and chips but we just ate lunch afterward once we were back abroad the cruise ship.

Amazing experience

This ended up being our favorite excursion while on our cruise. The boat was great, the captain and crew were wonderful and the places they brought us were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was an amazing outing! These guys made us feel like we owned the ocean! They were very friendly and fun. Caught stingrays for us to hold and taught us a lot about them! They took us to 2 other great snorkeling places also. I highly recommend this and will call them next time I’m in Grand Cayman!

We very much enjoyed the day on the private Trimaran Sail charter to Stingray City. The crew was professional and courteous. Great with grandchildren ages 3, 8, and 10. The adults were also engaged. Great fun for the family.

Fun Excursion

This was the best excursion of our trip. The meeting point was easy to find and the staff was great. We were surprised by the quality and roominess of the boat. Our whole group had a fantastic time and I would recommend this to anyone.

Best Excursion!

This was by far the best excursion we have taken. I was tentative, but don't regret it a bit - so happy we did it. The experience with the stingrays was above expectations with great interactions. This would have been enough, but there was more... snorkeling in amazingly blue water (private) full of underwater sights. Photographer available on board to catch the whole experience, every detail taken care of for you, including safe and comfortable transport to/from trimaran. Viewing the crowded charters we passed on the way in/out really solidified what a wonderful way to book - private (not to mention the personal attention from the amazing crew)! Thanks so much for an unforgettable excursion! Worth every penny!

We were on a family cruise and booked this as a private charter. Captain Jake and his first mate (Andrew?) were great and the boat was in fantastic shape. Their goal was definitely to make the day perfect for us. We were supposed to start at Stingray City, but when we arrived, it was busy, so they took us to a snorkeling spot first. They were very helpful getting everyone in the water since we had people of every experience level. We then went to Sting Ray city and he made sure each person had an experience with a Sting Ray. There were so many people there, but it didn't seem like it the way they handled our group. We then went to our last snorkeling spot, which is a reef but because of the current they determined it wouldn't be good snorkeling so they took us to a better spot. Again, they were very attentive. We were lucky enough to sail for part of the trip because of the wind and it was overall such an enjoyable trip!

Amazing Experience

We were family/friends group ages 3 - 65, some with no snorkelling experience, some certified divers and a few who have never been in the ocean. Everyone was amazed at the colours and clearness of the waters and how gentle these creatures are. The ocean was a bit rough for snorkelling, but we managed. Highly recommend this adventure!
