Giants Causeway and Belfast City Tour

Wonderful ! Very informative

We really enjoyed this tour. The area around the causeway is very beautiful and wild. It felt great to be outside, watching the waves roll into the causeway. There is a shuttle from bus drop off point that costs a couple of dollars each way, but the guide recommended walking down and then riding the shuttle back up. We decided we would walk down which was a great decision as we were able to view the area much better. After walking around the causeway, we decided we would walk back up which was also a great decision as the physical exercise felt wonderful. We are in our seventies and are in pretty good shape since we do a lot of walking and hiking in our home area which is at an elevation of 4400 feet. Being at sea level meant a lot of extra oxygen for our bodies so the uphill walk was no big deal. I would still recommend this tour for others who may not be as mobile us since there is a shuttle that will take you both ways if you want. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history and geography of the area. The Giants Causeway is incredibly beautiful and awe-inspiring. I highly recommend this tour. I was very impressed.

Our excursion to Giants Causeway and Belfast City Tour was well worth it! The instructions on where to meet our buses were clear and the guides were waiting to direct us. Excellent guide with good explanations. Will definitely consider AAA excursions in the future.

We just returned from a 12 day British Islands cruise. After 10 days of excursions this one was my very favorite. Our tour guide was fabulous! He was informative and fun!! We loved all the places we saw this day and how the tour was executed. I would highly recommend!

Have taken several excursions through Shore Excursions group and must say they NEVER disappoint. What they advertise is what you get :) Always impressed with the quality of coaches and the knowledge of the hosts. Our Giants Causeway and Belfast City Tour was the best tour in 2 weeks of travelling. Our tour director was simply awesome. He was knowledgeable, articulate and exceptionally interesting. The level of detail, facts and presentation were wonderful. Kudos to the best tour and tour director ever!

Beautiful drives through the countryside and lots of informative insights into the country

We enjoyed the small group tour to the Giant Causeway. The tour guide was informative and entertaining. He shared his knowledge of the area and was flexible with the stops. Recommended.

Our driver, Jim, picked us up at the port and entertained us from the moment we walked up, regaling us with jokes, legends, historical and geographical anecdotes, and helpful hints. He answered any question thrown at him and kept us smiling during the whole of the tour. Unfortunately, the tour deviated from the promised description. Though we had no interest in crossing the Carrick-A-Rede bridge, we were surprised to find that the shore excursions site was several years out of date in its promise of a close-up view and crossings of the bridge. Instead, we looked at the bridge from hundreds of feet up, over a cliff edge. Similarly, the website had suggested, if not more, at least closer photo opportunities - many were just a casual mention as we drove past in the coach. Despite the differences in expectation and reality, however, the tour was an engaging, and comprehensive tour of Belfast and Northern Ireland - all due, really, to our lovely driver Jim. :)

We had a great bus driver taking us on our tour. We had plenty of time to walk the trail at the Giants Causeway. We stopped and seen the city of Bushmills and stopped at Dundarave Park and walked through the town. Then we made a stop at White Park Bay overlooking Portbraddan. Then we went to Belfast. All in all it was a great tour.
