Saw the lovely villages of Sintra and Cascais. Had about an he free time in each. Wish we would have had more time. Saw lots of Lisbon, it was beautiful and clean. Very good tour. Well worth the money.

Small group tour (four of us in a mini-van). The driver/guide was excellent (very knowledgeable and amiable). The castle was amazing, enjoyed the villages, pace of tour was perfect, had a most enjoyable day.

Wonderful day and tour!

We loved our day in Sintra and Cascais. Kat was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She expertly maneuvered us into and through the crowds at the Pena Palace, told us where to try the yummy Sintra pastries, and provided delightful narration as we drove through Lisbon and the countryside. The small group size was great and the tour price was very reasonable. We will book with you again!

A tour you will never forget
October 03, 2016
Sintra is one of most unique villages anywhere. The tour of Pena Castle was coordinated nicely by our guide who knew the history and how to show it. There were hoards of tourists but he managed our group effectively. His English was excellent and the whole day a very pleasant experience.

Sintra was great, the rest was scenic
July 25, 2016
The tour started off with us not being able to find the van. The driver/guide showed up late, and was driving a sedan instead of a van. This affected our comfort as there were 4 people plus the driver, and also reduced our visibility of the sights we drove by, compared to what we could have seen in a a van. The guide tried to make this up to us by paying for the admission to the Sintra Palace. The Palace was the best part of the tour. It was huge, colorful, and had great views of the countryside. The rest of the tour was spent driving by scenic areas, with stops to buy pastries and later on ice cream, both at our cost contrary to what the tour description said, at least about the pastries. We were also supposed to go to or drive by the Moorish Castle in Sintra, but the only time one of us saw it was from a distance at the Palace, and then only for a few seconds before it was hidden by fog. The guide was easy to understand (hardly any accent), and he was very knowledgeable.
