This was a great way to spend time in Florence. Our tour guide, Paula, used the drive to Florence to make recommendations, provide a map and her contact information, so we could make the most of our time. We were able to explore Florence, have lunch and do some shopping. On the bus ride back, the driver was able to deliver us directly to our ship, instead of the downtown, which is not normally allowed. The downtown meeting point is crowded, but still a nice trip.

Our sweet tour guide went beyond expectations. She took us on a walking tour that allowed us to get an overview of Florence in our limited time.

saved lots of money compared to NCL Star offcial tour. Spent 5 hours in Florence with useful information given by Alessandro, our tour leader. He gaves us a map used also to download a walking tour app. Super great! we were able to explore Florence on our own with all the details to made our day unforgettable

Perfect amount of time in Florence for a day trip. Easy

The transportation and guide were well organised. Returned to ship on schedule which of course is crucial.

This tour is simply a ride to Florence and back. Drops you off at the bus station and picks you back up at a designated time. Went smoothly. Back to the boat way before we had to be, however.

Bus took an hour to get to Florence where you had over 4 hrs to explore city on your own....it was more than adequate..

Beautiful place to visit.

This is a walking tour!!!!! My husband has some mobility issues so was uncomfortable. Florence was an interesting city with lots of history. Would have been better with a guide because we got lost a lot especially trying to find the bus pickup area.
