Great trip to ship

This was a nice small group excursion taking us from our hotel in Santiago to our ship in Valparaiso. Our guide talked about the city & the area as we drove thru. We had a nice tour of a boutique winery with a wine tasting that included cheese and olives. Then we drove to a resort area, Vina del Mar where we had a nice lunch and a short walk along the shore. Then to the ship.

Winery and Valparaiso

We ended up having a private tour with our guide Alvin. He was great. Enjoyed the winery and wine sampling. Lunch in Vina del Mar was quite good, although nothing special. Nice location. Enjoyed the walking tour in Valparaiso. Would not have been as nice with a large group.

Amazing excursion

We used this to get from Santiago, Chile to Valpariso, Chile to catch a cruise ship. We were picked up from our hotel at exactly the time promised. En route to Valpariso we stopped at an excellent winery and, because of our tour, did not have to wait in line for the tasting. In Valpariso we had lunch at an excellent seaside restaurant (included). We and our luggage were delivered to the ship in plenty of time for the sailing. Excellent tour and value. Very nice English speaking guides. Highly recommend. Will use you again!

Guide was great. Nice to see two towns and countryside. Lunch was ""so-so"" and wine was not good at winery. Would suggest a different one.

Pick up was earlier than the tour description had indicated although the tour operator had asked the hotel to let us know of the new time when we arrived. Pick up was prompt and early to avoid huge traffic delays. Guide was knowledgeable and organized. Provided water and rest stops. The wine tasting was very good, we enjoyed all four wines... and the meal in Vina Del Mar was excellent.

We took this tour rather than just a direct ride to the ship so we could see some of Santiago and Valparaiso. Stopped at a winery for tasting, which was good (healthy pours of wine), had lunch along the way, a funicular ride. Gave us a feeling of the area since we didn't have time to spend in either city (having spent a week in Peru).

Superior guide. Beat all the buses to the winery. High quality wine. Great lunch in a small place. Great value compared to normal cost of transport from Santiago to ship.

Wonderful Day

Guides shared lots about Chile and its wine regions. They arrived on time, took us to a beautiful winery, and then a Vina del Mar restaurant with a spectacular view and great food. Next they drove us around the streets of Valparaiso so we could get acquainted with this city. Finally, they delivered us to the cruise ship right on time. A wonderful day!
