Vanuatu Exploration and Coffee

Vanuatu Exploration and Coffee

I ended up in an air conditioned private taxi while the other 4 on the tour were in a van. My guide was very accommodating! He turned to go to the water falls, but because the van didn't I asked to stay with them. The lagoon wasn't great - it was filled with people from the ship! The cultural part was great - only 5 of us there at that time! But we didn't stop at the coffee factory. When I mentioned the coffee to my guide, he said we could stop for coffee if I'd like, but I told him no as that wasn't what I thought we were supposed to do. His name was Robert. Along the ride, he bought me a fresh coconut so I could drink the milk and roasted corn on the side of the road. They provided water for all of us. The area where we could swim was nice, I thought. But the "beach" was all broken corals. It didn't bother me because I took my swim shoes. That information would have been helpful if it was in the description of the tour. I'd do this one again.
