Make your way to the city center and experience such sights as the Old Market Hall, Park Esplanade, Bulevardi Street, Candy Sweet Shop, Alko store and traditional Finnish restaurant Kappeli or Aino.

Along the way taste specialties from Helsinki and hear stories that are bound to interest culinary tourists. With each tasting learn a little bit of Finnish history or the future views of the changing food scene. Participants get to taste for themselves the local gastronomy, view the cooking at a restaurant and delve into what the market hall offers with its traditional local food and snacks.

After observing and having tastings during the first part of your tour, participants will then go to the designated restaurant for the lunch.
