Your Ocho Rios tour starts with a trip to the Rio Bueno River, where you'll join your guide and commence your hike. After a short trek through the rain forest, you'll hold onto your river board and dive into the water to begin heading downstream. Your guide will be at the head of the pack and will help you navigate the river's rapids and cascades with your hands.

About halfway through your downstream adventure, you'll make a quick pit stop. During the break, you can use the rope swing or just lounge among the bamboo trees. Don't get too cozy, though. You'll eventually reenter the river and head down toward a stone bridge. At this point, the currents will guide you to the Caribbean Sea, where you can head ashore and go for a walk on the beach or head further out into the waters via boat.
