Copenhagen Panorama Sightseeing and Canal Cruise

Starting in the center of things, this general tour passes many of the major highlights of the city.

Starting out on the bus portion of your tour, you will see the Christiansborg Palace, home to the Danish Parliament and the Royal Reception Rooms. You will also enjoy sights of the Royal Danish Opera, Tivoli, Islands Brygge, and many other statues and landmarks. You will be afforded about 30 minutes to walk around Amalienborg Palace and experience the changing of the Royal Guards. Finally, you will visit and take photos with one of the most famous sites in Copenhagen, the Little Mermaid statue. The statue was inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale.

Next, a canal boat is waiting to take you on a 1 hour cruise through the bustling harbor of Copenhagen. From the boat you can enjoy the many wonderful towers and famous places of Copenhagen, including the Little Mermaid statue from a perspective many never see. The cruise continues through the picturesque canals of Christianshavn and Frederiksholm, where historical buildings are to be enjoyed side by side with new architecture.

The tour ends at GL Strand, a modern art institution, which is only a few minutes walk from Christiansborg Palace and the main shopping street in the city.

The bus tour is pre-recorded in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese, and Danish, and listened to on headsets. On the boat portion, you will have live narration in English and Danish, and often a 3rd language, based on guests on board.
