Horseback Ride: Northeast Coast & Sand Dunes

Discover the pristine beauty of Aruba and its wonderful northeast coast on this outstanding horseback riding excursion.

After an introduction to your horse and a safety briefing, mount up for your guided trip through the "Cunucu" - the Aruban countryside. You will ride to the beautiful northeast coast and its fine, white sand dunes, passing the famous Rock Wish Garden, where tourists make wishes and build their own miniature rock towers along the beach, and the Tierra del Sol Golf Course along the way. Experienced riders will be allowed to gallop over the sand dunes, and beginners will have the opportunity to trot along the coast. The approximate time with the horses is two hours.

You will have a short stop on the beach to take pictures and stretch your legs before heading back to the stables. All skill levels are welcome.

Due to the tropical climate, the horses in Aruba are much smaller than the horses in the USA or Europe. The following horse types can be found: Paso Fino, Trocha, Trotton, and the South American Quarter Horse.
