Manly by Bike & Ferry
As you take the ferry ride from Sydney to the suburb of Manly (at your own expense), enjoy what's considered to be the best ferry ride for visitors that travels from Circular Quay to Manly. Be prepared to take a stunning photograph of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge as you leave Circular Quay.
Your guided bike tour will begin with a quick safety briefing before proceeding to the first stop, Manly Wharf. There your guide will share some of Manly's incredible history and cover the main points of interest. See where the British first met Aboriginals after arriving in Australia. Next, ride into Sydney National Park, North Head Reserve for a ride through the park to experience a few of Manly's most iconic spots, with the option to stop for a coffee (at your own expense) and take in the amazing view. After a brief stop at St Patrick's Estate (an old seminary older than the town itself) you will be taken down to Australia's only west-facing beach, Shelley Beach, where you can view most of the Northern Beaches. You will then experience a ride along Manly's beach promenade before returning to the starting point for the tour.
After the excursion guests will have the option to spend some free time in Manly having lunch or stopping at a coffee stop (at their own expense) before catching the ferry that returns them to Sydney.
