Sail and Snorkel to Smugglers Cove

Smugglers Cove is a great place for snorkeling, and if you are a beginner the water here is perfect as it is very shallow. You can literally reach out and touch the angelfish as they swim just beneath your hands in the flat, calm, bright blue waters on the coral bank just offshore.

The beach is one of the most idyllic beaches in the BVI, and many people's favorite. Until recently it was quite a well-kept secret, but more and more people are finding their way there now. The fine white sand in a perfect cove, backed by palm trees and a very quiet, sparsely populated and exclusive residential area makes this spot most ideal.

Continue your sailing and make your way over to the colorfully quaint Soper's Hole Marina for a great lunch at the world famous Pusser's Landing Restaurant (at your own expense), and for some shopping.

Soper's Hole, aka Tortola's West End, is a kind of tropical urban "gunkhole," a nautical term for a delightful spot to anchor. Soper's Hole retains its charm while being a center of activity. Surrounded by small mountains like Frenchman's Cay, Soper's Hole imparts a great sense of peace and intimacy. At the same time, its opening to a sea of islands stirs an alluring anticipation of adventures.

Please Note: All snorkel gear is provided including vests available in children's sizes. Snacks and other beverages available for purchase, bring cash. One complimentary rum punch per person is included.
