Maui Snorkel Cruise
This unforgettable excursion includes a ride aboard a 65-foot catamaran for a terrific, two-stop Maui snorkel cruise. First, you'll marvel at the waters around Molokini, a volcanic cinder cone that has eroded over the years and now is a Marine Life Conservation District Seabird Sanctuary. Just three miles off the shores of Maui, it is a world-class spot for diving and snorkeling.
Be on the lookout for brightly-colored tropical fish and maybe even monk seals, whale sharks, manta rays, and harmless whitetip sharks.
Your next stop is along the Makena/Wailea coastline, Keawala'i, where numerous green sea turtles can be spotted.
All snorkel equipment and instructions will be provided, along with flotation devices. Complimentary optical masks are available to use. An underwater video/digital photographer is onboard to capture everyone's exciting snorkeling adventure, from which a video/CD and pictures will be available for purchase. The size, seating and layout of the yacht permit unobstructed panoramic viewing and the convenience to comfortably walk around the spacious decks. The boat has a covered area as well as a top deck, and is restroom equipped. This snorkel cruise also includes continental breakfast and deluxe barbecue lunch. Come along for the snorkel adventure of a lifetime!

The group that manages this excursion does a top-notch job from start to finish -- from the continental breakfast to the snorkel training, which includes followup assistance once we were in the water. Complimentary organic sunscreen was an unexpected bonus. The water was amazingly clear (30 feet down!), and seeing the fish, coral -- and a shark! -- was amazing! Helpful tip: Don't think you have to leave your cell phone behind. There's even service while on the water! The whole crew was professional and capable. They made this the best experience we had while visiting Maui!

Unfortunately a very windy day made Molokini really rough. Next spot was very nice. Crew was great and food/drinks were great! A little pricey, though, i think.
We enjoy snorkeling but thought this excursion was crowded. When you are in the water especially. We felt like we were constantly bumping into people, rather then enjoying the under water sites. Also the corral was not as vibrant as I have seen before. Overall it is was ok but not our best snorkeling trip.
