Two Day Iguazu Falls

This is one of the planet's most awe-inspiring sights, and a trip to Iguazu Falls is a jaw-dropping, visceral experience, and the power and noise of the cascades - a chain of hundreds of waterfalls nearly 3km in extension - will live forever in your memory.

Split between Brazil and Argentina in a large expanse of national park, much of it rainforest teeming with unique flora and fauna, the falls are one of nature's most impressive achievements and what the locals refer to as the "Big Waters".

Your adventure begins with a transfer to Jorge Newbery Domestic Airport in Buenos Aires where you will board your flight to Iguazu. Iguazu Falls became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. In 2011, it was selected as one of the winners of the New Seven Wonders of Nature competition.

You may have seen photos, you may have read all about it, you may have visited other great waterfalls before, but you probably still have no idea what to expect when you come face to face with the almighty Iguazu Falls. You will have a local English-speaking guide who will inform you the area comprises a system of 275 waterfalls or cataracts, with the exact number depending on the season, and spans an area 2.7 kilometers wide. The tallest of the waterfalls, called the Devil's Throat, drops more than 80 meters into a milky abyss that creates a permanent cloud of mist. To put that in perspective, Iguazu Falls is nearly twice as tall as Niagara Falls and rivaled only by Zambia and Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls, which is taller at 108 meters. It's nearly three times as wide as Niagara Falls and significantly wider still than Victoria Falls. A lunch buffet will be provided at a local restaurant.

After this unforgettable day at the falls, you will head to your accommodation at a resort hotel located inside the national park, and walking distance from the falls. In the morning, enjoy complimentary breakfast and free time to explore the park at your leisure, prior to boarding your flight back to Buenos Aires. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience the beauty of Iguazo Falls.

Please Note: All guests will have to pass through security at the airport, and all guests will need to have their passports with them. Air tickets must be booked and paid in order to confirm the departure. Once tickets are issued there is no refund in case of any cancellation.
