Waterfall and Rainforest Hike
Waterfall and Rainforest Hike
After driving from the town of Lahaina to the trail head, approximately 1 hour each way, you will set off on a 4-hour hike through a lush valley along Maui's famous road to Hana. During the hike, you'll enjoy the view of several scenic waterfalls up to 40 feet high!
Feel free to stop and take a refreshing swim in several of large pools you will find underneath the waterfalls. You can even leap from waterfall ledges into the pools below if you feel brave enough!
Your local and knowledgeable guide will make this 2.5-mile hike come alive with their extensive vocabulary of the local animal and plant species, and with their love of life in Hawaii. The elevation change is only around 200 feet, so the hike is not very strenuous. The hike will require some boulder scrambling for short distances in streams, so participants should be comfortable with crossing streams and uneven terrain.
You will be provided with a backpack containing mosquito repellent, bottled water, ponchos, lunch, and snacks. You don't want to miss this chance for a memorable Hawaiian waterfall hike, sign up today as space is very limited and will almost always sell out!
