Victoria Floatplane and Butchart Gardens

This is a great excursion. The guide was wonderful. The plane ride was smooth and beautiful. We loved beautiful Victoria and Butchart Gardens is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We had tea there and it was the best experience ever. I highly recommend this excursion.

Loved the old city of Victoria---take a tour of the provincial capital building. Walking through the Empress Hotel is worth your time---eating there may be a shook to your budget. Butchart Gardens is the most beautiful gardens you will ever see anywhere---over 52 acres of plants, shrubs and trees.

So - my family and I liked the tour quite a bit and the tour operator was great with great staff. We had a problem and I don't know even now if it was due to the tour operator or to Shore Excursions Group - but the time we were told to be ready for pick up was 35 min. after the tour operator tried to pick us up. The tour operator was great though and worked to get us another seating on a later flight but this shortened our tour by at least 2 hours which was disappointing. The tour guide was great and the coach was nice and clean. Everything went smoothly once we were picked up.
