Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour

Derek, our guide, picked us up promptly at our hotel. He took us through the new part of the city and explained the glass buildings; then headed to Stanley Park for a very scenic and informative tour about the flora and fauna. We then rode by English Bay and on to the Olympic stadium venue as well as the current sports venues. We learned a lot about Canadian sports teams as well. Derek drove us through the rest of the city viewing China town and learning about their history. We drove through Gas Town and Derek related the story about the area. We ended with going by Canada Place and seeing the Olympic Flame. Derek was an amazing ambassador for Vancouver. Totally entertaining while imparting historical information.
