Island Overview and Beach Day at Playa Mia

WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE

the guide was very polite and funny.. he was also very detailed. the trip actually included the tour of tequila factory and chocolate factory which i didnt know. the food at the buffet was also amazing it was an experience me and my daughter enjoyed.

My daughter and I reserved this excursion approximately 1 month before our cruise. We showed up at the meeting point (very specific and easy to follow instructions) We were the only ones who booked this and rather than cancelling, the operators made us feel like celebrities! We had our own personal guide. Transportation and food were provided. They went the extra mile and included a bonus cooking class! Definitely would recommend!

Excellent Tour it was easy to find with the directions provided , Mauricio our tour guide was very courteous and we got the VIP treatment as we were the only 2 people, we were driven in a a/c taxi by Victoria, also very courteous to an open market with several places to buy souvenirs,went on a tequila tour and was given 4 shots of different flavoured tequila,had to turn down the 5ththen had a great tour of the chocolate factory, awesome lunch@ Playa Mia.

The excursion was very informative and entertaining, our guide was very personable and patient, I enjoyed the whole trip.

We have done this excursion 3 times now and it does not disappoint! The boat ride to the snorkeling spot is far but they offer complimentary beverages while you wait. The snorkeling was great, 2nd shallow snorkeling spot was ok as there was not much to see. On the way to Playa Mia we had free beer and drinks on the boat. So nice!!!! The Playa Mia beach buffet was good. The water slides were closed for construction (Sept 2016) which was a bummer. The floating water park was fun and challenging. Because our ship left at 4:30pm we had to take taxi back to the boat rather than the boat ride with continued free drinks. Other than that, we recommend!

Patricio, our tour guide was superb! We had a tour of the locale and two beach stops. One stop for pictures and the other to enjoy a nice buffet and time to relax on the beach!

BEAUTIFUL CLEAN POOL AND CLEAR WATER BEACH AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT

It was very economical and a lot to see. We were quite tired by the end of the day. Enjoyed it, though. Playa Mia is a great park and very clean and enjoyable.

My family really got into the ruins, and loved the food experience. Plus, they learned a lot.
