Finding the location of the transfer was a little challenging at first. they did have signs up, but we still had to ask for directions twice. Once we arrived and showed our paper work it had to be confirmed with two other people before it was considered a reservation. I don't know why the first person was so confused.The third person came up and showed him everything was correct on the paper. The actual ride to the cruise port was quick and comfortable.

This transfer in a van from the airport to the docks where the Oasis of the Seas is in port was perfect! We found the stand and the vans very quickly, and the driver took us right away!

The shore excursion group is more like a broker it seems. Even though they have a lot of coverage the people that we have to meet spend some extra time figuring out who they are working for. In this case a trusting cabbie was taking our word and a piece of paper he would be paid. A generous tip at least set his mind a little at ease too i'm sure as he was very friendly and polite.
