Louis showed my two daughters and I around Havanna and it was wonderful. Just the three of us with Louis, and his son, who was also very knowledgeable. We had a very informative tour, and a great lunch! Louis was wonderful and we would highly recommend him. Can't wait to go back!

The Tour was very informative and the walk was at a moderate pace. The Tour Guide, Janet, was very informative and friendly to all. We enjoyed the tour very much.

Diana, our walking tour guide, was thorough, knowledgeable and interesting and I only wish our tour was longer. She answered all our questions and was unfailingly polite. Our group had lunch with her and enjoyed the food and company very much.

Our tour guide was great, very forthcoming about Cuba. We walked all around the old part (which is mostly tourist area). She explained a lot of the places and then took us for an authentic Cuban lunch with a drink at a restaurant where many locals go. Very good experience.

On January 31, 2019 my wife and I took the walking tour of the old portion of Havana, Habana Vieja. Our's was a small group of 10 people. We were led by a charming and well educated woman, a university graduate with a Cuban history major. She spoke clearly, answered questions completely, and possessed a refreshing sense of humor. She was very enthusiastic and highly informative. She is a marvelous employee.

The guide Lady was very instructive with the information.As a matter of fact we intend to come back in the future. 5 stars

This was our best tour by far in Cuba. Our guide was punctual, spoke perfect English and easily fielded all of our questions. The group size is very small and when 2 didn’t show up we had s wonderful group of 6. Dayana, with UrbanAdventures, took us all over Havana and then to a local restaurant for lunch. The food, drinks and service was amazing. I highly recommend booking this four through Costco vs the excursions offered via the ship if you are cruising.

Dianne was a perfect guide. She had all the answers. Even to questions we didn’t know we had! I’m looking forward to coming back soon. Hopefully we can have her again as our guide.

We enjoyed our walk around Old Havana with Unmet. She was well informed and interesting about her life in Cuba. We have great admiration for your resourcefulness and innovation and hope for much better relations between our countries before too long.

He was patient and helpful. This tour was very enlightening and helpful in understanding where Cuba is today and how long the road is in front of them. Met just across the street from the cruise terminal. Guide spoke good English, was relaxed pace, handled questions well. We saw a lot and heard about life in Cuba. Guide was thoughtful about situating us in the shade. Lunch was delicious - I had a lobster dish and my husband had shrimp. Group of 12 but could hear guide well. We wandered in the area prior to the tour but felt we got a lot more when we had a guide.

Our guide was personable and fully familiar with Old Havana. Her commentary explained the socio-economic condition of today's Cuba as well as describing the neighborhoods we walked through. Our group was a pleasant number of nine while groups around us often numbered 15-20. Included was a typical Cuban lunch at a small cafe --- very good. All in all it was an excellent intro to Havana. rch

The tour was very interesting. Learned quite a lot about the culture and how businesses operate. Our guide was very informative. Would recommend this tour. Make note of the recommendations of the guide. We tried a few places and were very pleased.

I highly recommend this tour! This tour allowed us to see most of the historical parts of Havana. Our tour guide had a wealth of knowledgeable, was friendly, and made sure to explain the historical events that took place in all of the areas we visited. I recommend you wear light color comfortable cloths and shoes if you choose this tour.

The performers in their native costumes was the highlight of our walking tour! People we friendly, the lunch was delish (pulleded pork sandwich). The vegetation, flowers and trees were in bloom; beautiful park. Our guide spoke English well and was very knowledgeable about the history of Cuba

This walking tour of Old Havana was like time travelling seeing the sites and hearing the history and current day events. Dayana's English was excellent and she has a vast knowledge of her city and country. We completed the tour with an authentic Cuban meal and local mojito.

We signed up for this tour Hoping to learn some history of Havana. And we did with a guide who spoke English well and had an in depth knowledge of the city. Lunch was included and not only was it delicious it also afforded us the opportunity to get to know the guide better and ask her questions.

I think this tour was awesome. Our tour guide Dayana Cortina was so knowledgeable, and she spoke perfect English. Dayana made the tour fun, and I will certainly recommend this tour to others. Got a 5 star rating from me!

This was a great tour. Dayana, our tour guide was very informative and entertaining, The City is beautiful and full of wonderful sites, sounds and smells. The food was great and the people are very friendly and welcoming.

We had an excellent time. Our tour guide Diana was wonderful very informative and just a very friendly person. She took us around pointing out all the interesting spots and we ate at a privately owned restaurants with great food and wonderful friendly people who served us. I would highly recommend this tour.

We paid slightly over half of what Carnival were charging for the same great tour. We had a really interesting tour guide,perfect day rounded off with some lovely local cuisine.

Jenny, our tour guide on the walking tour was a friendly and very informative guide. She moved at a comfortable pace and answered all the questions for the group. Lunch provided was very good as well. Definitely enjoyed the Cuban mojito.

Cruising with NCL Sky, we were told unequivocally that we HAVE to book THEIR excursions. That was just not true! We chose one through our TA instead. With a discount, it's over $30 cheaper. The meeting place was easy to find with the detailed directions. Our guide (we were 11) was Jenny, who knows and loves Cuba. It's hard to say how this tour REALLY was, since there's no point of comparison. It's hot, and there is a fair bit of walking on treacherous cobble-stoned, aften uneven surfaces - so, wear good shoes and be careful. It doesn't seem like we covered a lot, but at the same time, we felt like we had about enough by the time we broke for lunch. Oh did we mention lunch was included (which the one for the NCL tour description did not mention): a delicious 3-course hot meal, with a DRINK. We spent some time after the tour revisiting some of the spots where we wanted to take more pictures, and did a bit of cigar shopping based on Jenny's recommendation.
