We had an amazing tour and the tour guide was awesome! He reversed how he normally does the tour so we'd be able to see the caves in St. Martin before the tide came in and we saw Reversing Falls in the beginning and end so we could see how the flow changes direction. And because it wasn't a large bus we got to go places those buses wouldn't have been able to fit. Highly recommend!

The travel guide was friendly and informative. Loved every where we went. Would do it again.

For guide was amazing! Knew the historical aspects and several quirky fun details too. We got to experience a few off the main trail tour and he had neat little props that made everyone laugh or smile making it even more memorable. The quick stops and lunch spot was perfect and adorable with amazing food. Would do it again

It was a good tour, but a cool, misty, foggy day the first week in October. We traveled from Saint John to St Martin to see the difference in water levels during the changing tides. In St Martin we got to walk out across the river bed while the tide was out. We got to see the reversing falls at the Bay of Fundy. Bring snacks along, at some stops it was very busy to get served. Enjoyable tour!

This was a great excursion touching on the highlights of the area. Our tour guide, I think his name was Roy, was great. He was personable, provided a lot of information and was very knowledgeable. Bay of Fundy is a 1 hour stop, there are only two small restaurants here and you are encouraged to get lunch. The day we were there it was so crowded that ordering and eating was difficult and not enough time to eat lunch and see the beach area. People from our tour decided on the "sit down" restaurant and, had not been served within the hour This forced the tour to proceed without them to a spot a few minutes away where there was an ice cream store. After getting ice cream we had to turn around and go back to pick them up. The tour company may want to re-think how this stop is handled when there is such an influx in the area. Otherwise, really enjoyed the tour and being able to see the highlights of the area. Our bus driver, Claire, was also great.

One of the best tours I have ever been on. The tour guide Keith was amazing and Joe the bus driver were the perfect duo. Keith made the tour fun and interactive giving us "nuggets" of information. We visited 5 locations and were given ample time to explore on our own. We were hesitant to book since it was not through the cruise. We were greeted as soon as you exited the terminal right to the tour bus. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you Keith and Joe again for making the Bay of Funday tour so amazing!

Our tour guide was great at getting us views of the reversing rapids at different times of the day and from different view points. I believe we stopped by three times. I was a bit sad we couldn't go into the sea caves, but I understand that the tides and weather just weren't coordinating with the time of our visit. The recent storms had undermined the roofs of the caverns, and the tide was definitely too high.

We had a wonderful time listening to the history and seeing the city. Facts and fun. Learning about true land barons and how they shaped the city. The changing river direction was the highlight of my trip.

I had trouble stepping up to get on the travel bus in St. John’s NB, CANADA but your wonderful crew there ordered a separate van for me and another delightful couple. Our wonderful guide took us everywhere with insightful commentary. It was the best guided adventure I ever had. The company’s gracious help really made my day and trip.

This tour was a fun and efficient way to see the famous reversing falls at both low and high tides. We also got to see beautiful sea caves in St Martins and visit this small fishing village. Our tour guide was funny and insightful as he told us the history of the area. Staying in the town of Saint John gives you a small taste of what this region offers. Get on this tour and expand your experience of this wonderful city.

We had a fabulous time on our excursion. Our tour guide was Keith and Jim was the driver. They were fun, informative yet still professional. I would recommend this tour to anyone. It had stops that were interesting, spent enough time at each and stopped for a fabulous lunch and great ice cream.

Really enjoyed this tour, guide was knowledgeable and fun. Loved that we saw the reversing rapids going in both directions. Only criticism was the microphone on the bus didn’t work very well but we were able to hear for the most part.

What a great tour guide and great bus driver. Both were very knowledgeable and personable, we thoroughly enjoyed the day and was our favorite excursion on our trip.

Guide Keith was excellent, informative and pleasant

I loved this excursion! Our tour guide Steve was SO entertaining, kind and personable. It was so much fun when he surprised us by dressing up a few times during our day. A fisherman, a cook (at our lunch stop) and a bear on the trail. We went to some places and saw things that the huge tour busses don't. Our group was small and our smaller bus was the perfect experience. We went to the reversing falls at Bay of Fundy twice, high tide and low tide so we could see the difference. He took us to a few beaches and we saw some lovely scenery. He told us about the history of Saint John and the people there. We took pictures with the big iconic Moose at the Moosehead Brewery. I highly recommend taking this tour. You won't be disappointed!

Got to see all the highlights of the area, tour guide was great. He kept us entertained on the tour. He quizzed us at the end, and handed out a couple of little prizes to people who answered first. It was fun!

I have to admit we were a bit leery of our reserved excursion because the terminal employees said Hugo Tours were not allowed in the terminal. Our guide Rod put our worries to rest immediately and was so personable, knowledgeable and approachable! We thoroughly enjoyed his banter and wit! Quinn (a tour guide trainee) was so polite and also full of helpful information. Our driver (we are so sorry that we cannot remember his name but know that he is a retired police officer) did an excellent job of driving and navigating some unforeseen situations. The smaller bus was actually an excellent mode and we would highly recommend the more personal experience it afforded all of it's passengers. All in all, a great experience for a great price. Please let Rod know that we were one of 223 winners who hit for $20.00 on your Canadian lotto game of Tag! We can't claim it but it's his if he wants it.

We loved our tour with knowledgeable guide. He was funny and took us on a great tour. He was enthusiastic. We had two tours on this trip: one from the Norw cruiseline, which was boring and this one purchased separately which was great.
