Blue Cave Adventure

We had an amazing time on this tour. It started with a speedboat ride to a local church on a tiny manmade island. After that, we entered an old camouflaged Yugoslavian submarine base. On the way to the blue caves, we passed by an assortment of old military bases and even an old prison. At the caves, we entered with about 1ft clearance for the boat. After, we were able to hop in the water for a short swim in the 'Jolly Rancher blue' waters of Crna Gora.

This was a perfect way to spend a gorgeous October day. Our captain was Borat and he was great. Handled the boat really well, was very aware of our safety while still having fun on the water.

Don’t miss this awesome view of Greece. The swim in the cave was truly spectacular. Don’t think twice about this tour, Go!!!

Completely loved this tour! It was the highlight of my cruise. Good group of friendly people. Was not a lot of people, just enough. The water was amazing….I even swam in it! So much fun. Dolphins were sighted and swam with the boat. Great tour!

Enjoyable excursion. Our boat captain (Borat) and his crewman (Antonio) were both professional and courteous… They also appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Caves were overcrowded with boats and I felt our Captain made the right call to not allow us to swim in the cave given the boat congestion and resultant safety considerations. Captain did pick a nice alternate location for a swim outside the caves. All in all a very enjoyable excursion of just about the perfect duration!

This boat trip was so much better than I expected. We were a party of 10 so had the whole boat to ourselves. We had a young captain that was excellent. He told us the history of things we passed, and about the cave in the side of the mountain that was used to hide submarines during the cold War. We went into the blue cave but it was so crowded. It was too dangerous to get out of the boat so Ivan took us out of the cave to a quiet cove so we could swim in the Adriatic. So nice! We all had a great time!

It was our best excursion for our recent trip. The scenery was fantastic! Unforgettable. The speed boat ride was exhilarating. The cave experience was amazing. Don’t miss this adventure.

This excursion ended up being one of our favorites. We enjoyed seeing Lady of the Rocks. The boat ride was so relaxing and our boat captain was very informative. The water is absolutely beautiful. Loved that we were able to take a swim. Highly recommend!!!

Our skillful Captain took us to the Blue Cave first - due to impending change in weather - and we were the only tour that day to get in to see it! This was a beautiful, relaxing morning on the water. And it got back early enough so we could tour downtown on our own. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate the day of our tour. Our guide still provided a wonderful trip; he made sure we were safe and made changes to accommodate the limited amount of time we could spend in the cave. He was very supportive when I was the only one of twelve guests who braved getting in the water once in the cave, which btw, was so worth it!!!!!! You must plan on jumping in and experience the beauty of a blue cave adventure!

Pick up is a 5 minute walk from port. It’s through a small park on the water. Tour takes you first to Our Lady of the Rocks where you are able to get off and walk around the small island and tour the church. Our guide brought us into submarine tunnels. We went into a cave with the crystal blue waters. It was surprising how many boats were in the cave. We were not able to swim in the cave due to the about of boats and we’e brought to the side of the caves in a cove. We were able to swim for 15 minutes. They did have a few goggles to swim with, but you had to share them. They provided complimentary water on the way back. The boat ride was awesome. Definitely try to sit on the front sun deck! Eno and Neno were great!!!

Once we got to the island, we were able to find our tour easily. We got checked in and boarded the boat for the day. This is a boat tour so make sure that you take the appropriate precautions for motion sickness if you struggle with that. The time at the cave is short-lived and you swim right outside of the cave. Still a very neat tour and a great way to see a lot of the island.

What a relaxing, informative excursion. We enjoyed the Blue Caves and traveling around this beautiful area. Our guides were fun, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this experience to those traveling to Montenegro. It was great to learn more about Kotor. I would give this company 5 stars!

This was amazing! The ride out was a bit bumpy as the swells increased as we approached the ocean. Inside the cave it was gorgeous but took some time for us to get out because of the swells. Our driver was very nice and even circled around to retrieve my sun visor when it blew off my head. The ride of a lifetime!

We had REALLY unfortunate weather for a speed boat trip but were thrilled when George handed us long rain coats to keep us mostly dry. For some reason on the day we went they were charging 2euro each to enter the church when we visited Our Lady of the Rocks. Our group decided to head to blue caves even though it was cloudy and rainy and were lucky enough to still see some blue in the water. George was kind and knowledgable and we loved having a smaller group to tour with.

We had the most fun on this fantastic tour. Our guide was incredible. The boat was very nice and we saw so many interesting things on the way to the cave. The water and weather was a little too cool for a swim, but it was lovely. Thanks to Eno, our guide, for making this a memorable day—loved every minute of it

The boat cruise was most enjoyable.Very small group (6) and very pleasant driver. Every stop was so worthwhile to see and visiting Our Lady of the Rock and entering the Blue water Cave were the highlights of the three hour cruise. Highly recommend this adventure.

Enders and David were excellent, warm, engaging hosts. They anticipated our needs and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The water at our cave stop was clear and warm, with coral and many fish. Their boat was roomy. The climate, topography, and history of the area is really spectacular. Old Town Kotor and Perast are quaint and dramatically picturesque. The food is fresh, tasty, and affordable. I am SO so glad our ship stopped in their country!
