Pompeii and Herculaneum with Lunch

My husband and I took this tour in Dec 2019.We were met promptly very near where our ship the Pacific Princess was docked. We toured Pompeii in the morning with a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide in the morning. Our group was a nice mix of about 14 tourists from around the world. Afterwards we were divided up into 2 groups for lunch. Our group was 7 for lunch at a simple but nice restaurant where we were served a salad, choice of pasta or pizza and a dessert..Drinks were extra and we enjoyed a nice glass wine The pizza choice was a lot better than the pasta. We were the only 2 who had chosen to go to Herculaneum, so we left our group after lunch and had a wonderful private guided tour with the same guide from the morning.She was a wonderful guide and we were very pleased with our choice. The 2 sites were quite different and we loved being immersed in these ancient cities and learned so much.It was a day we won't forget. A
