Exclusive Whale Watching Tour

The only issue was we rushed from ship to the coordinators (they were very nice and accommodating) Long Walk this caused us to miss the excursion time so we had to wait for the later excursion... Once we were on the boat things were pretty great We saw 4 or 5 Whales fully Breach I have never seen one breach before ...... Side note after we saw two breach from the ship on the Lido deck Funny huh. I know my kids loved it they were 17 20 21 22 and my wife loved it Thank you I thought the amount I spent was a lot over 5 hundred for us all but can you put a price on this memory??

Outstanding service

We had an issue with ship time vs. local time. I called from the ship, and the representative told us they would wait. We anchored at 7 am ship's time, or 8 am local time, exactly the time the tour was leaving, and had to use tender boats to come ashore. We were therefore dismayed to discover that the 8 am tour had left without us (and we had another tour booked at 11, so couldn't go on the next one at 10:30)! However, Mr. Carlos took pity on us and sent us out on a private tour with a boatman and a guide. We watched a pod of whales for about half an hour, and then they took us to see other sights: hotel row, the arch, lands end, lovers beach, etc. We had a great time, and we appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our tour.
