Dolphin Adventure Swim and Water Park

Well worth. Adults and teenagers both loved it.

We had a great time! We took a short taxi ride to Aquaventuras that cost us about $50 round trip for fare and tip. Check in at the park was pretty easy and there were plenty of lockers available for us to choose to leave our stuff while we enjoyed time swimming and visiting the dolphins. We enjoyed our time swimming and doing tricks with the dolphin. It was a wonderful experience. The only draw back was that we were in a group of about 15 so while others were taking their turns with the dolphin we were left standing along a ledge in the water watching and waiting. I think smaller groups of about 6 to 8 would be best and we would have had more time actually swimming and playing with the dolphin. The pictures were a bit pricey, but great quality and they take several shots so if you get the digital download package you get a great selection. The park was nice. We enjoyed some time in the lazy river and took time for a bite to eat. I recommend this excursion to all ages.

I personally do not enjoy these types of adventures but that's my issue. My family enjoyed this very much. Be sure to sign up for this one and not just the "experience" because this one allows you to actually swim with the dolphins while holding on to its fins and to be pushed by your feet while you're holding a boogie board. We did one of these in the Bahamas and this facility was much, much nicer than the one in the Bahamas. My only big complaint is we paid for the pictures which I can view on line but I'm having difficulty downloading them.

When i booked this excursion i chose to do it early in the day so that my guests could use the water park at their leisure and return back to the ship to have plenty of relsxing time. The agent however never mentioned to me that for some reason the norwegn bliss did not check the ship time to match the local time and so there was a 1 hour difference. When the ship made the announcement regarding the time difference , we were concerned We had been told by your agent to arrive very earky to the scheduled appointment to gain entrance into the park as eell as to put all personal items in lockers. It did all work out but had your agent told me about this time difference, which i have never encountered on any cruise, i would have booked a different time slot. Let me repeat that it did all worknout. It was a wonderful excursion for my guests and i would indeed recommend it to others.

We took UBER to go to water park. Water park and lunch ticket included. There were water slides and zip line, both good for family. Dolphin experience was 1. Kiss / handshake 2. hold dolphin's Pectoral fins and swim together 3. 2 dolphins push each foot to swim. There was small children who swam alone. Photo/Video were not allowed for dolphin area, we need to pay for professional photo. 3 photo & CD costs around $140. And you should take bug repellent, there were sandflies around dolphin area.

Spent 45 mins with just the two of us, the trainer, and Quinto the dolphin. Their photographer did a fabulous job capturing the moments.

We enjoyed the Royal Dolphin Swim and the lazy river. We ran out of time - so didn't get to do many slides. We upgraded to include the Sea Lion swim - but the dolphins were the highlight.
