Private Emerald Tour

Robert was so perfect for this tour. He could answer any question, he knew his way around Cartagena, took us anywhere we wanted to go, pointed out all the Highlights, was so amiable and went where we wanted to go. The only bad thing was there wasn't enough time due to cruise ship leaving!
