Private Valparaiso & Viña del Mar Highlights (Pre Cruise from Airport)

This was a great driving/walking tour. Particularly liked the walking portion of the city to see the art aka graffiti. The only downside on this tour is that we drove around very close to our hotel, went back to in between the airport and our hotel for the walking tour, then had to drive back to our hotel. It wasn't very well planned in terms of the back and forth.
