Great Gluten Free Meal

We booked Nicole's Table while on a cruise. It was a great way to spend the day on Antigua. We notified her I needed to be gluten free when we booked and she was able to accommodate my needs. This included a delicious Rum Cake for dessert. Thanks Nicole and Adam!

Nicole's Table, A Taste of the Caribbean.

Nicole'sTable was a fantastic surprise. We booked because I saw the words -- food and culinary -- and that was it! Nutrition is my obsession and Nicole's "All About Jerk" opened the window to another ethnic food experience. There were only three of us and we spent five unforgettable hours chopping, cooking, eating, talking and laughing. We will return.

Amazing Cooking Class and Food

Highlight of our vacation

Nicole’s Table was exactly what we hoped it would be, a hands on culinary experience in a gorgeous island setting with lovely people. Nicole was gracious and attentive, making sure each person had a task and opportunity to help prepare the recipes provided. With much chatter and laughter a delicious Caribbean lunch was prepared and enjoyed by all. Our group of ten included a family from Switzerland, a Canadian couple, and four from the northeast USA. Kudos to Nicole and her staff. Wonderful experience!

We love to do cooking classes all over the world. This was one of the best. The food was wonderful (and we WILL try them at home), the atmosphere was fantastic, and the education we had was exceptional. We highly recommend.
