Fabulous Day visiting Bonaire
January 28, 2020
My girlfriend and I were very pleased with the tour of Bonaire. It was our first time on the island , Our guide provided us with an extensive history of the island with stops at the salt plantation and 1000 steps to the sea. We saw the beautiful flamingos on the island in the wild. Quite a site. WE ended our tour at one of the best beaches on the island. I would highly recommend this tour.

Good day!

We enjoyed the sightseeing tour to view the salt flats and slave huts. The tour ended with two hours at the beach. We were taken to a beach with facilities (bar, washrooms etc). Chairs are not complimentary $40 US for two hours. Just get one to put your things on as you will be in the water the majority of the time. Though the water was beautiful and you could see the colourful fish without snorkel gear there was a great deal of rock which made it difficult to enter the water without hurting your feet. I would recommend this tour however definitely bring water shoes if you're planning on going in the water....which you will!

What a fun day! The salt flats were awesome and we got to see a huge flock of flamingos! Lots of pic opportunities and a beautiful day at the beach. Chairs were $5 each. Omar and Delicious were some of the best guides we've ever had!

Limited sites but a good tour

The salt pyramids were very unique and a great experience for the entire family. We liked traveling in a shuttle-style van versus a big, large bus. The slave huts were incredibly small and gave an interesting perspective of that time in history. We enjoyed snorkeling at the beach.

Informative tour of Bonaire
May 14, 2018
We travelled on an air conditioned bus ride to the historic slave huts where you can step into the tiny, white houses that were a camp for the slaves that worked the salt ponds back in 1850 and learn what their daily life was like. At the nearby Salt Flats our tour guide explained how salt is mined and processed. We took great photos of the tall salt pyramids and surrounding pink coloured salinas, or shallow pools of water. We then went to the beautiful white sands of Coco Beach and enjoyed some downtime with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters. Amazing snorkelling too!!
