Cenote Natural Reserve with Beach

We absolutely LOVED Adriano. He took us to the cenotes, to his house for coffee at his shop, and to the beach. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about Progreso. I highly recommend this tour.

It is a little daunting to leave the cruise ship and go find another travel person to go with for an excursion. However, we were told where and who to look for and what they would be wearing. It was so easy. We ended up having a private excursion. Woohoo! First, we went to a Cenote location. We were given good information on Cenotes and could swim in one. Second, we went to see Flamingoes. We drove up and down a dirt road and say them from the car. No stopping. Grands still enjoyed that. Finally, we went to the beach. We had a private area for our family, good service and food. And they let us stay as long as we wanted. It was a good day.
