We had the best time on this tour. Ed Fuentes was the best host. He was informative and knowledgeable and showed us several churches and plazas. if you want to learn about this city with the best guide ever, take this tour!

Show and dinner

The tango show showed styles of clothing and dance through the years and was very entertaining. Food was also very good although the wait staff had limited understanding of English.

A fantastic day!!

This the second time we've taken this tour (last time in 2020). The tour guide was fabulous and the tour this time was much better! She did a remarkable job explaining everything about the area, the penguin colony, and her sense of humor kept things light--making the 2 hour drive go quickly! This tour is highly recommended!!!!

Great Highlights Tour

As a first time visitor to Montevideo, this was an ideal tour. We were able to see several sights in the city and surrounds, had good commentary to explain and illuminate, and good transport to move around.

A good day out

Met at cruise terminal by guide. Taken to Peninsula Valdes by minibus. Long journey to Punta Norte, but worth it for view of coast and sightings of seals. Whales were spotted in morning but no sightings whilst we were there around lunchtime. Had booked to go to Caleta Valdes but road unsuitable due to heavy rain previous day. On way back stopped at Punta Piramide, another beautiful spot with the opportunity to view seals, their pups swimming, basking etc. A worthwhile day.

Awesome tour

Our private tour in Cartagena was awesome. We were able to see much of old Cartagena because the tour was by car. The large tour buses cannot drive down the old narrow streets. Our tour guide and driver were extremely knowledgable and friendly which made the tour even better.
We saw and learned so much about Cartagena.
I would highly recommend this tour, driver, and guide to anyone.

The tour was on a double decker bus and had English and other languages. We went to all the main areas and to the top of an area to see the whole town. Very nice

The penguins were fun to watch
March 24, 2023
We did this tour a couple of days after seeing penguins in Pt Stanley, Falkland Island. I booked this as insurance in case we couldn't land in Port Stanley. We were able to dock and travel to see penguins on Volunteer Point, which was the highlight of our cruise. I wish I had the time to cancel this tour because it was a letdown after Falkland Island.
We saw a lot of penguins, but it was a very long walk from the busses to the Ocean viewing platform. Part of the path was a well-made wooden boardwalk; however, there were large sections of gravel path, which were impassible by a wheelchair.
