A Taste of Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria is one of Spain's Canary Islands, off northwestern Africa, and is known for its black lava and white sand beaches. In the north, the capital city of Las Palmas is a major stop for cruise ships and duty-free shopping. Spend the day exploring part of this unique island, the third largest island in the Canaries archipelago.

Travel first to the north and to Arucas, a small-town famous for its large banana plantations. While here, stroll through the neoclassical streets and make your way to the church of St. John the Baptist, built entirely by hand. The charming town of Agua, Firgas, can be found nearby. We will travel to the northern town of Guia, which is known for its floral-flavored, award-winning cheeses (tasting is optional and costs 4 euros).

Continue your journey to Agaete, where you will be able to taste the distinctive Arabica coffee of Agaete and its valley.

Conclude your tour with a visit to Los Berrazales a famous volcanic valley, with tropical fruits and Malvasia grape plantations (entrance fee included). The tour's last stop will be in Puerto de las Nieves, a charming fishing village where you will have some free time to walk and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

This 7-hour tour offers you a perfect overview of the beauty, diversity and culture of Gran Canaria, book now.
