We arrived back to Port of Tampa and went to the designated location for pick up. There was a little confusion as to which shuttle was supposed to pick us up, since they were doing multiple stops, but things got worked out and we arrived back at our hotel in good shape. Would use the service again. Keep in mind the need to go to the right pick-up stop since there are many modes of transport going and coming.

Reserving the transfer did not exactly reserve the transfer. We still had to call to set up the actual ride, but the cost was covered. Luckily an agent was available after we picked up our luggage to help us get the transport. Should they have been busy that day, one might not have been available for a while.
