This is a unique and fun adventure that you do not want to miss! You'll meet your guide after a 2-minute walk from the Ensenada cruise ship port where you will be given instructions on how to operate your ATV. A helmet and safety goggles are provided. The guided ATV excursion takes you along countryside dirt trails and through the mountains with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Back at the starting point, you'll board an air-conditioned vehicle for a 45-minute ride to the famous La Bufadora blowhole. The blowhole is the result of air being trapped in a sea cave by wave action. As the water recedes, a large spout and thunderous boom are created. The phenomenon repeats every minute with its volume determined by the strength of the swell with water reaching a height of up to 65 feet (20 meters) from which you can view from a platform high above and protected from the water. If you are up for it, you can see La Bufadora from a lower and secure area where you are almost certain to get soaked, minute after minute.

The stop at La Bufadora lasts for approximately one hour; along with the spectacle, you can shop at the craft market and enjoy lunch in any one of the local restaurants or eat delicious mouth-watering tacos from one of the many roadside vendors (not included).

When your time at La Bufadora comes to an end, your air-conditioned vehicle will return you right back to where you met your guide, just outside of your Ensenada cruise pier.

Enjoy the wildness of Baja, Mexico on this ATV and La Bufadora excursion.
