Begin your evening in one of the best-known squares in the city, where you can admire the monument to one of our favorite heroes in Chilean history, Arturo Prat. Your first stop will be at a small local brewery where you will try a delicious local beer, many of the names of the beers are related to places and landmarks in the city. Taste some mouth-watering Chilean snack food such as sopaipilla with pebre, this local favorite is a dough made from pumpkin and flour accompanied with a tomato sauce, coriander, onion, garlic and chili pepper.

Continue with a walk through the city to discover the impressive architecture and listen as your guide explains about the city's heritage and current state as the cultural capital of Chile. Valparaiso is also known for top-notch street art, or graffiti. Pass by some of the beautiful murals as you walk to the next stop.

Next on your list is the famous cocktail of the country, the pisco sour. This drink has stealthily taken the world by storm in recent years, appearing on cocktail menus from San Francisco to Seoul, but tonight you will taste the authentic version in the country from where it originates.

To get to your final stop you will board a city trolley, a charming type of public transport in Chile that can only be found in Valparaiso. Your destination is one of the best bars in the city where you can sample authentic local drinks, the Borgona or Terremoto.
