Please Note: If departing from the pier, please take the shuttle transit bus to the city center (between 41st & 42nd St.) to exchange your voucher at the visitor center. The exact location will be provided in your electronic ticket. There are two bus routes with varying schedules and tour durations. The Uptown Route runs every 25 to 30 minutes and it takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the route without getting off. The Downtown Route runs every 20 to 25 minutes and it takes approximately 3 hours to complete the route without getting off. Both routes are narrated in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Hebrew. First and last tour times vary by route and will be detailed in your electronic ticket.
