Dolphins and Snorkeling
Throughout most of the year you can watch dolphins playing near the passes of Tahiti. Embrace your moments with these magnificent and friendly mammals just waiting to amaze you.
Begin your day in the morning in the warm and beautiful Polynesian waters where dolphins are particularly fond of and soak up the serenity. Spinner dolphins frequent Fisherman's Bay every morning where they come to rest and socialize and play.
After being welcomed aboard your boat travel past Taapuna Pass where you may see surfers catching waves at this popular surfing locale. Make your way to Fisherman's Bay and begin to watch for the pod of dolphins that live in the area. The dolphins are almost always doing something worth discovering, they love to swim and leap near the front of the boat so prepare for the show and watch them spin.
Continue on to a snorkel location, depending on the day's conditions you may visit a magnificent turtle site or a shallow water area above spectacular white sands.

One of the best excursions we had. The price was much lower than the ship, and we had an added bonus of seeing whales and turtles. Our three hour snorkeling trip lasted four hours and fifteen minutes. I would highly suggest if you go to Tahiti to get this excursion.
