Our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took her time showing us all the historic sights in both Florence and Pisa. I have used Shore Excursions on numerous cruises and will continue to use them. I have never been disappointed and love the small groups in every tour I have been on.

Our tour guide is from Pisa so he was able to share extra highlights. We got to the Tower early in the morning and it paid off. The weather was still comfortable and the crowds were very light. We then took a ride to Florence for a walking tour. Our guide was very entertaining but the weather was extremely hot. They do not stop for lunch so bring a snack or you will have to wait until the end (of both tours) to eat. She did take us to a natural gelato place that was exquisite and we got to see many of the highlights the city has to offer. Would definitely return to Florence for a longer stay.
This was a great tour in a private van for just 8 of us. Our driver was extremely nice and friendly. We got to Pisa pretty early before crowds got big which was nice. Florence was amazing and I wish we would've had more time to explore. Our guide there was so nice and very passionate about her city....wishing she had more time to give us much information as possible. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
Stefano, our driver, picked us up at the port in Livorno. We had four people with another family of 4. He drove us to meet up with our Florence walking tour guide, Pia. We met with her and visited the Academia and then walked around Florence to see Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Ponte Vecchio. After our tour, the driver picked us up and drove us by the Chanti vines to see the countryside before heading to Pisa. He asked us what we wanted to do. We were able to semi-customized our tour. It was a great experience!

Good amount of time spent at each place. Definitely go up into the Pisa Tower. The tickets are for visits every 15 minutes, so don't get put off if you see a line. A locker for your bag is included in the price of the ticket. There are nice restaurants for lunch in the little side streets off the Republican Square in Florence.
