Tour guide was perfect. Very educated. Florence is a beautiful city, and we felt that we had seen the highlights.

Excellent. The ride in our 8 passenger coach through Tuscany was great. Frequent stops for photos. Florence was our favorite stop on this cruise. Our guide was a little high strung, but lots of fun and very informed about every nook and cranny of Florence. She took time at each point of interest to give us some detail and a bit of history. Answered every question with clear and concise answers. She really knows the place. After the tour she let us go on our free time but first pointed out what we needed to know. Where to eat, bathrooms, where to meet. She was great. With Pisa we were pretty much brought to the gate, given instructions and what to do and see then let go. That is all that was needed. Great place to see in person. Got us back to the boat on time. Excellent excursion.
