Half Day Sea Kayaking
Half Day Sea Kayaking
Historically one of the world's greatest maritime republics, Dubrovnik's mite and splendor can only be truly appreciated from the water. Embrace your inner seafarer and join our expert, English-speaking guide for an adventurous sea-kayaking 7.5km tour around the city's Old Town walls and along the coast of the mysterious island of Lokrum.
No experience is necessary! We'll begin with a full safety briefing and short lesson in kayaking before heading off from Pile Bay. Pass beneath the mighty, medieval walls of the Old Town, uncovering tales of Dubrovnik's history. Paddle out towards the picturesque waters near Lokrum Island and discover its ancient curse and the history behind some of its incredible landmarks.
See Europe's first quarantine zone. En-route visit a hidden sea cave and stop at a large beach cave only reachable by kayak or small boat. At the beach cave, enjoy a snack (included), sunbathe, swim and snorkel through crystal waters taking in the wild beauty of your surroundings.
As we head back towards civilization, stop and bask in the once-in-a-lifetime views of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Take all the photos you want, but we can guarantee the view will be unforgettable!
Please Note: Single participants will more than likely be paired with other singles in the double kayaks. Please use the box that indicates "Lunch Selection" by choosing 1) Ham and cheese sandwich 2) Vegetarian sandwich (contains cheese) or 3) A fresh fruit alternative, usually an apple and two bananas.

Dubrovnik is a very scenic old town and seeing it from the water, paddling around in a kayak on a calm sea, was one of the highlights of our 2-week holiday. The guide was quite knowledgeable and entertaining. It was more strenuous than I’d expected, covering 8km, so I do suggest booking a double kayak so you can share the work and talk to your travel partner. Great value!

Sea kayaking in Dubrovnik was an incredible experience. It was even better than we imagined it would be! Our guides, Leon and Marco were fantastic. Their English was incredible, and they were helpful, funny and informative. They shared various stories and historical facts about Dubrovnik, and were able to answer any questions we had. The sea kayaking was quite physically demanding, which we enjoyed - great upper body exercise! It was also very different and more active than many of the other excursions, certainly unique! We would recommend this to anyone heading to Dubrovnik.
