I found the tour guide to be outstanding as we headed south for this excursion. The boat operator was fantastic in getting up close to crocodiles. The horseback riding was such a treat as we toured thru rain forest on the way to the ocean. We stopped at a really nice souvenir shop on the way back and I found some beautiful wooden bowls made by local indians at a unbelievably low price. The only glitch was a passenger from the cruise ship that didn't read the limitations and then again refused to stay behind while others did a walk thru a rain forest (while we rode horses) and then he delayed everyone because he could not walk back. Customer service (in Fort Lauderdale) was first class when I called to figure out why the shuttle had not come back to get us. She tracked down the tour guide for the update on the passenger problem and let me know they were running 30 minutes late and sent someone be stay us until the shuttle arrived.Very impressed with this customer service.

This was the best day on the cruise. It was a fun packed day. We were the only ones on the ship who did the horseback riding so we had a nice long ride through the rain forest and out in the surf on the beach. It was a blast. I highly recommend this.
