Glass Bottom Kayak and Snorkel
Where the Pacific Ocean meets the celestial emerald waters of the the Sea of Cortez and gives rise to the famous Baja landmark of The Arch. Apart from its overwhelming beauty and amazing rock formations, the Arch is an ideal habitat for marine birds and multicolored fish.
After being picked up near the tender pier, you will be transferred to the beach a 5-10 minute drive away. Here, you will have a briefing on the operation of your two person kayak on the beach, before you set out with a guide to paddle in this water wonderland. As you paddle along, keep an eye on the glass bottom of your kayak where an incredible world of marine life exists. For the first 20 minutes or so, you will kayak pass Pelican Rock, Neptune's Finger and The Arch. Here you will see a sea lion colony.
After kayaking, you will then enjoy a short break and get to snorkel around Neptune's finger for approximately 30 minutes with the included gear.
You will then paddle back to the mainland beach and then you will be transferred back to the pier area. Wetsuits and floatation vests are available. There is shade on the beach.
Guides were great! We felt a little rushed but it was a great excursion.

Lots of fun ant the two an team that took us out worked hard to make it fun. A better pickup place could be better.all in all it was a blast.
The instructions given on where to meet our guide were great except that the guide was late and he was not identifiable in the orange ""High Tide"" shirt. Besides that, this was a great excursion. The guides were good with instructions and extrememly helpful. It was a fantastic time for both the kayaking and the snorkeling.
Actual trip/kyaking and snorkelling, was very good to excellent; great location and experience. Guides helpful where needed but not overbaring. However, Problems with pick up time/place -- they were late by half an hour and raised questions if we were at the correct place. Other tour groups meet and left and no-one could tell us anything aoubt our tour group. In addition, van pick up never came and we ended up walking - 1/2 mile to the beach area. Not a major problem, just not what was expected from brochure.
