Begin your Bora Bora adventure by circling the island aboard a boat. Sea spray refreshes you as you glide over the turquoise lagoon, enjoying amazing vistas. Reach a resting destination and prepare to swim with rays. Enter waist-deep water to get up close and personal with the magnificent fish. Feel their smooth, flat bodies and flapping wings, delighting in their friendly behavior. Feed them fish and they'll quickly become your buddies! If you feel scared, don't worry, rays don't have teeth.

Your captain provides snorkels and masks, allowing you to explore an underwater perspective, just like a fish! After your encounter with rays, it's time for sharks, their equally friendly cousins. They will impress you with their poise and beauty as they glide near you. With your snorkel and mask in hand, plunge into crystal blue waters to explore a gorgeous coral garden, an underwater oasis of vibrant colors. Corals of various hues are home to teeming fish, just as radiant as their ecosystem.

Prefer to stay on the boat? You can enjoy the colorful ocean life aboard your ship, visible through the sparkling clear lagoon. On a beautiful motu islet, a refreshing platter of tropical fruits awaits. You will be returned to port after the tour's completion.

Book this comprehensive half-day Bora Bora shore excursion for an incredible day exploring a beautiful island.

4 StarsVery informative & interesting, variety plus!February 21, 2019

This tour had a little bit of everything. We swam with the sharks and rays, visited a vanilla and pearl farm and got to view coral, had a buffet lunch. Unfortunately the weather turned very blowy so the stay and swim on the beach was not going to be pleasant so we opted to return to the ship which was a pity because the beach looked lovely. I would recommend it. Good variety of activities.

A good tour, the only downside being that the boat operator got us rather wetter than I would have liked, but we survived. The snorkeling was very good and certainly the highlight was getting in the water with the rays and sharks. Even I, the non-swimmer, got to do that.

Shore excursion could do a better job with directions on how to locate the tour. Our guide finally found us and 8 other passengers from our ship. We spent about 45 minutes to an hour in a shallow area where hundreds of sting rays and sharks ( the non-man eating kind) swan around our legs. The water was wonderful. It was nice to have only 9 people on the boat while the ship excursions had about 100. The guide was wonderful, assisting everyone on an off the boat at various stops. We stopped by the coral garden and spotted many tropical fish. Another spot included the opportunity to catch sight of several Manta rays. The final stop was a nice surprise. We docked off the site of a small restaurant and we were directed to a small area where fresh fruit and drinks were served( this was included in the price of the package). Heading back to the main dock we encountered a significant storm which raged for about 20 minutes. Our guide handled the craft with easy. Great day!

That was one of the most amazing snorkeling trips I have been on. Not only swimming with the sting rays and sharks, but seeing the Manta Rays, Lemon Sharks and our guide got a huge Moray Eel to come out. The whole trip was the best deal for money spent on my whole trip. The guides were out of this world.
