The minimum age to attend the tour is 12 years of age. Guests must be able to get into and out of the water, should have a general knowledge of swimming, and be comfortable floating for periods of time in cold water. Participants over 6 feet 6 inches (2 meters) tall or over 300 pounds (140 kilograms) may have difficulty wearing the dry suit. Guests must weigh at least 100 pounds (45 kilograms) and be at least 5 feet tall (150 centimeters). Pregnant women are not permitted on the tour.
