Ride from Restauradores Square to the old neighborhood of Bairro Alto, once the residence of the city's wealthy merchants. The many lifts and funiculars you see around Lisbon were built to ease the steep climb up the city's seven hills, and today they serve as a wonderful way to soak up the sights.

Continue your tour as you walk around the reconstructed Chiado Quarter, a popular and elegant shopping district, where free time will be given to browse for souvenirs.

From here you will find your return transportation waiting to drive you back to the harbor area. If you choose, you may extend your free time here, and return to your ship independently and at your own expense.
