Recommended Dress Comfortable lightweight summer clothing and walking shoes is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised and hats or some protection for the head are advisable when in direct sunlight. The United Arab Emirates has conservative dress traditions. Swimwear must be confined to the beach and hotel pools. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops/malls and villages.
Restrictions Must be able to get in/out of the boat. This tour is wheelchair accessible. Children under 33lb/ 15kg cannot be carried for safety reasons. Pregnant mothers are not permitted onboard at any stage of their pregnancy. Persons with a history of back problems are advised against participating on this tour. Note that the sea is an ever changing environment and the vessel may be subject to unpredictable movements that could aggravate an existing medical conditions.
