Here's your chance to learn the art of Neapolitan cooking with the assistance of your very own expert chef. You will be transported to Herculaneum where you will meet up with your chef, learn the local recipes, and prepare a sumptuous 3-course menu. Depending on the day of your visit you will learn to make Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina, Codfish and a Shortcrust pastry (Mondays), Fresella with seafood, Stuffed Calamari and Zeppola di San Giuseppe (Wednesdays), or Pizza with Crocche and a Torta Caprese (Fridays).
Once you have prepared your dishes you will sit down to enjoy them with a glass of wine, your newfound friends, and enchanting views of Mt. Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
